So these are true American pirates.
Ready to sack you for a 1k.
Doesn't matter if they sell a faulty product, they are just out to eat your money.
I bought an HP Pavilion 6 months ago. (that is where i went wrong)
I purchased another newer model HP Pavilion with windows 7, with my taxes 4 days ago.
I recently looked up that HP mother boards sometimes connects with the power supply. And blow out the whole mother board.
I don't understand how or why.
I just know i'm out thousands of dollars.
Both computers are fried~!!!!
The little lightning bolt flashes when i hit power on both of them.
There is a class action lawsuit on HP right now.
And when i brought it back into best buy...
They took it in the back for 25 minutes.
They came out saying.. "look it works... it was in hibernation mode"
And i was like..."are you fucking serious? took you 25 minutes to get it out of hibernation..Cause i know computers, and i heard all you have to do is hit F10."
They are the most scummy pieces of shit. They kept trying to get their IT on the floor to sucker me into not refunding it.
But i heard the way to quick solve the HP problem is to take the hard drive out and put it back in.
But this is also a chronological problem that will continue.
And now i'm on my old Gateway Dell i got 6 years ago in college.
I hate HP and i will never go to Best Buy again.
